FAQS

What is your cancellation policy?

When you book an appointment, that time is set aside specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you give sufficient notice so we have a chance to offer the appointment to someone else who is waiting.

  • Late cancellations and missed appointments attract a cancellation fee.
  • Medicare, private health funds and other funders do not pay for missed or late-cancelled appointments, so any cancellation fee is payable by the client.
  • The same policy applies to both in-person and telehealth appointments.

Full details, including the required notice period and current fees, are set out in our Cancellation Policy . If you’re unsure how this applies to your situation, please contact reception before your appointment.
