We work with a wide variety of mental health concerns, including (but not limited to):
– Anxiety disorders (e.g. generalised anxiety, social anxiety, panic, OCD, phobias);
– Depression and bipolar disorder;
– Stress, burnout and adjustment difficulties;
– Trauma-related conditions, including PTSD and complex trauma;
– Grief and loss;
– Difficulties with self-esteem, shame, or interpersonal problems;
– Health-related anxiety, chronic pain, and adjustment to physical illness;
– Neurodevelopmental conditions (e.g. ADHD, autism), where our skills and scope are appropriate.
You do not need to have a formal diagnosis before attending. Many people seek help simply because they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or want to improve their wellbeing or relationships.
We advise seeking a referral to specialist clinicians when eating disorders are a primary concern.
