Approach to therapy: Dr Bruno Cayoun is a Clinical Psychologist with over two decades of experience supporting adults to navigate mental health challenges and build greater emotional resilience. Background and experience: Bruno’s academic achievements include a First-Class Honours Degree in Psychology (awarded the Australian Psychological Society Prize) and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. His clinical work is underpinned by a strong research foundation. He is the principal developer of MiCBT (Mindfulness-integrated Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) — a structured, evidence-based approach that is effective across a broad range of conditions, including complex and comorbid presentations. Bruno has taught MiCBT to mental health professionals worldwide since 2003, and maintains ongoing research collaborations across Australia and internationally.
