Dr Jason Little
Dr Jason Little is a clinical psychologist working with people to help them develop skills and techniques for their emotional health, resilience and wellbeing. He has a particular interest in mindfulness and practices with compassion and commitment to assist people to increase their self-confidence and sense of self-worth.
Jason’s therapy approach employs evidence-based treatments that tailored to clients’ individual needs. He is committed to working collaboratively with his clients within a supportive environment that is genuine, compassionate and professional.
Jason draws from evidence-based therapies of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-integrated Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (MiCBT).
He is interested in building from the resources and strengths that his clients have to assist them in growing and leading more fulfilling lives. Jason works with clients across a wide range of psychological and emotional issues, such as depression, anxiety, stress, addictions and phobia.
